Effective December 19, 2017, two new user-requested Quality Measure reports will be available in the SNF Quality Reporting Program report category in the CASPER Reporting application. The two new reports are as follows:
• SNF QRP Facility-Level Quality Measure Report
This report provides facility-level quality measure values for a select 12-month period. SNF quality measure values for this report are compiled from the following sources:
- MDS 3.0 assessment data - Medicare Fee-For-Service (FFS) claims - and Eligibility Files
• SNF QRP Resident-Level Quality Measure Report
This report identifies each resident with a qualifying MDS 3.0 Medicare Part A Stay (SNF Stay) used to calculate the facility-level quality measure values for a select 12-month period.

The Data Specifications for the PBJ Administration Submission File have been added to V3.00.00 of the PBJ Data Submission Specs and are now available in the download section at https://www.cms.gov/Medicare/Quality-Initiatives-Patient-Assessment-Instruments/NursingHomeQualityInits/Staffing-Data-Submission-PBJ.html. This file should be used if an Employee has changed Employee IDs within a facility. This file is used strictly to link or delink Employee ID information already present in the PBJ system. An Employee ID can only be linked to one other Employee ID per XML file. An Excel template and XSD will be provided for the PBJ Administration Submission File. These items will be available on November 20, 2017.
