Human Resources
The Human Resources staff provides services to applicants, employees, and managers in the following areas: Time & Attendance, Employee Relations, Labor Law Compliance, Classification, Pay Administration, Performance Planning & Review, Drug Testing, and Employee Administration.

The Human Resources Staff strives to learn, through continuous self-improvement, to maximize the Department's most valuable asset--our human resources.

Training & Staff Development
The Training Section provides and coordinates staff development opportunities for employees of the Department of Health & Hospitals. Employees may find information on the DHH Intranet by clicking here.

Mission
The mission of the Human Resources Training and Staff Development Office is to learn, through continuous self-improvement, to maximize the Department's most valuable asset--our human resources.

Purpose
To develop, implement, and administer programs that will enhance the development of our employees to better serve the citizens of the State of Louisiana.
